R&R on the Ranch

The Cottage is a separate living space with its own driveway apart from the main ranch house. Guests can check-in autonomously with smartlock.

• One queen bedroom and one full bath with an extra queen-sized sofa bed. 
• Our full kitchen is equipped with a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, an electric range with an over-the-range microwave-convection oven, a wine cooler, and Keurig coffee maker.
• The kitchen cabinets and full-sized pantry are stocked with essential dishwater, pots and pans, a toaster,  coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, sweetener and assorted condiments and spices.
• Front and back porch are equipped with rocking chairs and a gas grill.
• The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed, a ceiling fan, an HDTV with Roku and Wifi using the Verizon Network.
• The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with memory foam, a ceiling fan, room darkening shades, and a desk near the window to work overlooking the serenity of the landscape.
• There is a walk-in closet with a steam washer-dryer set, a full bath with 36 in shower and 30 in vanity.
• Pets are allowed. For guests traveling with horses, we can accommodate your horse with short term boarding in a paddock adjacent to The Cottage. Please inquire with the hosts.

Take a short stroll through the fragrant Jones Road Ranch Tuscan Rosemary farm. Sip on a discounted wine tasting with our neighboring vineyard, Golden Oaks Micro Cellar. Improve your circulation by hiking or biking in the local National Forest or tour Jones Road Ranch or visit the Bush Presidential Library in nearby College Station.

Our rate includes all ancillary fees. So, there are no additional cleaning fees, pet fees, etc. Guests are responsible for maintaining a tidy living space while staying with us. Guest staying one week or more, should use the available washer and dryer to launder linens and towels or guests may request linen service for an additional charge. 

Guests staying longer than two weeks, must allow staff to enter the space for 3 hours per week to perform basic cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring ensuring we maintain cleanliness standards.
